Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has been dispatched. On average, your orders should be processed and shipped within 5 – 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.

Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Public Holidays Announcement: Should there be officiate holiday pronounced, there will be a delay of delivery until the next working day permits.

Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia: Free

Orders placed after 2pm are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

Delivery to East Malaysia: RM20

Deliveries to East Malaysia typically takes 7 to 10 working days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

●All products sold are non-refundable.

● If you found the parcel is damaged or defective once you received please inform us through whatsapp or email within 24 hours, you may exchange the product with another product of same value or greater value. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

●If you found the parcel is damaged or defective once you received, item (s) must return to us in their original condition within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Products must be unopened and in original packaging, with all the gifts.

– If your order contained Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned with the original product, we regret to inform that it will not be processed.

– If a Gift Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.

– All original shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable.
